Happiness Guarantee

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. We want to make it right.

  • If the product is faulty, we'll refund your money or send a replacement — your choice.
  • If we sent the wrong item, we'll swap it, no questions asked.
  • If you changed your mind, no worries — we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

To start a return, email us at hello@leatherdesigned.com with your name, order number, the issue, and whether you'd like an exchange or refund.

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a tracking number with your return.

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
